Our semi-private training clients start with a thorough individual evaluation. We use the first session to gather the information necessary to prepare a month of entirely individualized training and nutrition materials specifically for YOU!
You'll then execute this plan in a small team environment with your coach by your side. We cap our coach to client ratio at 6:1 to ensure you get the accountability, support, and individual attention needed to stay on track and get the most out of each and every session.
